Working for one of the world's largest management consulting firms, Voluminant's founders knew there was a better approach to helping companies improve performance.
Time and motion studies were a thing of the past. A dramatic shift from manufacturing to technology-based societies was happening around the world. And, paper and pencil diagnostics. . . well, they were going the way of the pencil. The idea that a single performance improvement methodology works for every company simply had fallen by the wayside. We knew we could do it better.
