Voluminant is building a cadre of professional trainers and instructional designers who have extensive experience designing and developing world class training programs for companies. The instructional design team works with client personnel at all levels to identify training needs and works to quantify the potential impact of training results. You will work with the client in a self-guided, entrepreneurial manner to develop training that is interactive and engaging, addressing key client needs in a way that can be applied to unique and ever-changing work conditions through multiple delivery methods.

Responsibilities
·   Conduct training needs analyses with multiple levels of the client team
·   Identify and develop key skills and capabilities
·   Dissect and document critical work processes
·   Author training content in-line with adult learning theory
·   Act as an intermediary between training design and implementation teams
·   Measure training results

Requirements
·   Excellent interpersonal skills; the ability to ask intuitive questions
·   Ability to work with all levels of personnel
·   8-10 years experience designing training for companies larger than 300 employees
·   Ability to "see" differentiating competencies of top performers
·   Bachelor's degree or higher
·   Military experience encompassing CL following the Be, Know, Do philosophy
·   Visual art and graphic design acumen
