As a senior consultant you will work in a collaborative style to quickly understand organizational dynamics and provide a strong technical and tactical approach to process improvement. Your goal will be to lead project teams to transform client organizations in pursuit of achieving sustained, measurable results following Voluminant's proven methods, tools and processes.

Responsibilities
·   Conduct organizational need assessments including using behavioral diagnostics
·   Work directly with client personnel at every level
·   Document, evaluate and implement process improvement strategies
·   Analyze current and historic financials to generate and track potential ROI
·   Lead cross functional project teams from various clients
·   Develop and track project goals, progress and quality control

Requirements
·   High integrity, follow-through and detailed orientation
·   Excellent interpersonal skills; the ability to ask intuitive questions
·   Trust-worthy and the ability to build trust and credibility with personnel at all levels of an organization
·   8-10 years experience designing, managing and implementing performance improvement initiatives
·   Knowledge and experience with various BPI methodologies (BPR, Six Sigma, LEAN) and change management
·   Process measurement system (scorecard) design and implementation
·   Process mapping experience with an astute ability to identify performance gaps
·   Outstanding written and presentation skills; team building and executive coaching experience
·   Bachelor's degree required, master's preferred
